When I started Southland Mechanical, I wanted to be the best, most honest and loyal contractor on the market. It was my goal to build a solid business on the core values of, “Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability. “I do not believe in sacrificing customer satisfaction for a profit. I wanted to make an honest living, where I could feel good about providing a service that was needed.“Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability,” are not just words, they are the standards that I set for my company, and they hold true today, tomorrow and forever.

Allen is a proud supporter of the West Virginia University Alumni Association, MD Anderson’s Moonshot Program, St. Judes Hospital and the Houston Area Spay Neuter Assistance Program. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, attending sporting events, playing golf and recreational softball.
Cade spent 12 years as a volunteer youth baseball, football, soccer, and basketball coach in Friendswood, TX. He was a volunteer firefighter for the Friendswood Volunteer Fire Department for 10 years and continues to volunteer as a member of the Guest Services team at his church. He is a proud supporter of local youth sports and academic fundraisers in Friendswood, Clear Creek Community Church, and Young Life (Houston Bay chapter TX51). He enjoys spending time with family and neighbors, attending sporting events, hunting, fishing, golf, and recreational sports.
